The Hospitality Development Fund aims to capitalize on opportunities the world over that fall into two specific categories. The first will develop new tourism inspired initiatives including hotels, transport solutions, residential and leisure facilities that serve new markets and offer a unique flavour. The second category of investment will target existing hospitality based companies that exhibit tremendous potential for growth.

In each case the fund will draw on the considerable experience of an alliance that has already amassed in the tourist and hospitality sectors.
